Poster Guidelines: Ensuring Your Poster Stands Out

To guarantee that your poster captures the attention of education conference attendees and effectively conveys your research, take note of the following:
  • Design for Readability and Visual Appeal: When designing your poster, it is crucial to prioritize readability and visual appeal. Ensure that your content is easily legible, and consider integrating visuals or charts to enhance the overall visual appeal and engagement of your poster.
  • Organize Your Poster: Allocate the top section of your poster for the research title, as well as the names and affiliations of all authors involved.. Keep in mind that attendees may have limited time, so it is essential to make your key points and findings easily accessible and well-organized.
  • Poster Size: All posters must adhere to the A1 international paper size requirement. This ensures uniformity and facilitates easy display on the provided poster boards.
  • Poster Material: Avoid using foam core or any materials that are thick or multi-layered, as they may not fit properly on the boards. Additionally, refrain from using pushpins directly on the poster boards to prevent any potential damage.
  • Based on Your Accepted Abstract: Remember that your poster should be based on the abstract that was accepted by the Scientific Committee. This ensures that your poster aligns with the research you initially submitted.
Lastly, don’t forget to bring your poster with you to the conference. Our team will assist you in setting up your poster at the venue, ensuring that your research is effectively showcased.
